Adelaido Olea also known by his nickname "Del", Is an illustrator and motion graphic designer from Chicago. He has a B.F.A from Columbia College Chicago, he also enjoys reading graphic novels and takes pleasure drinking black roasted coffee. Many of the influences, and desires for creating varied from the city he lives in, the music he listens to, the books he reads, the movies he watches. Some of the Artists he looks up to are Jean-Michel Basquiat, Chris Ware, Nicolas Winding Refn, Charles Bukowski, Pablo Neruda, David LaChapelle to name a few. His art is a mixture of traditional illustrations and digital colors all deriving from what he experiences throughout the day, merging repetitive lines, textures, poetry, architecture, all these unique elements to his work to create something that he finds pleasing , he also explore existence and self-reflection in his work, dealing with self-awareness, isolation, and consciousness that creates the inner dialogue of the human condition.
